Our Guiding Principles
The foundation beneath everything we offer — a framework for humans growing toward full self-expression, in the company of one another and the living world.
PRINCIPLE ONE
Self Realization &
Awareness
We seek to understand our true selves — our patterns, our protective strategies, our strengths and the tender places where we are still becoming. We try to approach our own reality without exiling anything, learning to love everything within our inner landscape.
Knowing ourselves and tending our true nature is one essential way that we enact love in the world.
ii.
PRINCIPLE TWO
Curiosity & Nonjudgment
We approach the unknown with curiosity and allow mystery to be part of the process of self-realization. We meet all that arises without judgment and remain in a space of compassion toward the light and dark parts of self and humanity. We allow and embrace mystery in our process of soul evolution.
iii.
PRINCIPLE THREE
Congruence & Wholeness
As we approach self-awareness and inner truth, our inside and outside worlds begin to align and a coherence is revealed. We move toward mind / body / spirit / heart wholeness. Suffering becomes a compass — pointing toward areas of disintegration, or places that are no longer necessary points of blocking the light within and around us, showing us the direction of growth.
iv.
PRINCIPLE FOUR
Empowerment & Radical Responsibility
We foster self-determination in people of all abilities and ages, recognizing the unique strengths and contributions each individual offers. We take ownership of our personal mythic arc and narrative, and are responsible for our own growth.
Liberation and personal empowerment is the ability to choose from a grounded, loving Self rather than from reaction or conditioning. We are our own medicine.
v.
PRINCIPLE FIVE
Human & Responsibility Rights
We celebrate each other's differences and recognize our inherent connectedness. Through self-exploration we learn, share, and come together in ceremony — increasing our felt sense of unity with one another. We give back and serve because the wellbeing of others is fundamentally bound to our own growth and wellness.
Giving and receiving happen simultaneously. To be able to support means you were, and are, supported. We aim to see the world through each other's eyes and to weave empathy and forgiveness into daily practice. As we practice transparency and courageous vulnerability, our circle of compassion expands.
vi.
PRINCIPLE SIX
Human & Nonhuman Rights
We defend the rights of all humans — particularly vulnerable populations: children, youth, elders, BIPOC, those in poverty, and folk with different abilities. We believe all people should have access to quality mind / body wellness services, and we take initiative to bridge this gap.
Alongside human rights, nonhuman forms of life have a right to exist for their own needs and purposes. Our mission includes protecting the health, respect, and rights of the animal and plant companions in our work.

PRINCIPLE SEVEN
Environmental Sustainability
We develop conscious connection and relationship with the Living Planet. We practice daily to maintain a felt connection with our earth home, and to recognize the interconnection of all beings.
When conscious connection is built between people, animals, and the Earth, we expand our awareness of self. We steward the humble spaces we inhabit by working toward regenerative systems — with nature, and with community.
PRINCIPLE EIGHT
Creativity & Expression
The emergent process of our own becoming is spirit expressing itself through our cellular structure and embodiment of life. Devotion to the divine creator is seen in our foundational belief in allowing art and creativity to move through us.
Using our imaginative and inventive abilities, we transcend traditional ideas and rules to bring forward meaningful new ones — ideas that serve connection, expression, and healing. Creative endeavors open a portal for vital unconscious material to be observed and explored
IX.
PRINCIPLE NINE
Meaning & Purpose
While remaining open to the mystery of life and the inevitability of change, we simultaneously listen to the heart's deepest callings. We hold both non-attachment to outcome and the purpose we feel we are here to live — our unique blueprint, our soul's journey.
We recognize this in others, and seek to love in a way that allows everyone the freedom to live their true path.
