Individual Session Work

A STEADY PLACE TO RETURN TO YOURSELF.

AN INVITATION

A safe place for those who seek refuge.

This is an offering for people who are listening to something inside themselves — a longing for healing, for slowness, for a deeper way of being met. It is for those who have come up against the edges of traditional talk therapy and are reaching for something more whole.

What we offer is not a method to follow. It is a relationship, paced by your stability and steered by deep listening. Together we work at a rhythm that builds resilience — weaving body, story, and spirit; bridging scientific understanding with ancestral and primal wisdom; midwifing the liminal spaces between what is ending and what wants to be born.

 True refuge.

A relational container where rhythm and presence gently reorganize what has become scattered — a place to be paced, met, and seen as whole.

 Rooted in body & earth.

Somatic, nature-informed practice that bridges nervous-system science with ancestral wisdom. The body remembers; the earth supports; healing becomes possible.

Sacred timing

We move only at a pace that promotes your stability and resilience. This is not a sprint toward fixing; it is a slow, honoring return to what is already alive in you.

THOSE WHO HOLD THIS WORK

WHAT TO EXPECT

The shape of the refuge.

A gentle entry. We move slowly, on purpose — because the way we begin shapes the work that follows.

i. consultation

An initial conversation.

We talk on the phone for twenty minutes — long enough to sense whether this is a good fit for what you're carrying. If we believe someone else is better suited to walk with you, we offer a thoughtful referral.

~ 20 MINUTES · NO COST

ii. arrival

Before the first session

Once scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation and an invitation to your secure Simple Practice portal — the quiet container where all scheduling and intake paperwork lives.

CONFIRMATION · INTAKE

iii.  meeting

The first meeting

We spend sixty unhurried minutes together — reviewing what you bring, what you hope for, and most of all making the beginning of a working relationship. We touch any relevant past therapy and sketch a treatment plan as a gentle guide, never a prescription.

~ 60 MINUTES

iv. rhythm

The rhythm that follows

Ongoing sessions run sixty minutes. We choose a consistent cadence so that safety, reliability, and trust can take root — and so the work has time to deepen.

THE WIDER CIRCLE

Individual session work is one ring of a wider spiral — an island of coherence that opens outward into community, intergenerational gathering, and the held field of nature, ancestors, and spirit.
