Deep Adaptation
For those awake to what is changing.
Therapy, community, and resilience work for people living with clear eyes in an unraveling time — and choosing to build something coherent anyway
You are not broken for feeling this.
You read the reports. You notice the seasons moving differently on this mountain than they did when you arrived. And when you say so out loud, someone tells you not to be so negative.
Grief that is proportionate to real loss is not a disorder. Fear that arrives with accurate information is not irrational. The problem was never that you feel it. The problem is that you have been feeling it alone, without practice, and without anywhere to put it down.
This work does not argue with your reading of the world. It builds the capacity to live inside it with your heart open and your hands steady.
