The Acorn Circle
A nature connection and intergenerational learning space
A place where children are free to be fully, wildly themselves. In this place, adults are invited back into their own childlike nature - to slow down enough to feel the ground beneath their feet, to rediscover wide open wonder they once knew as children, and to liberate the part of themselves that still longs to climb trees, follow animal track, and press their hand into cool earth beneath an open sky.

A Place to Find True Refuge
A steady, relational space where rhythm and connection gently reorganize what has become scattered.

An Island of Coherence
Where seasonal rhythms, shared presence, and the living Earth guide us back to what is real.

A Living, Dynamic Ecosystem
Alive and organic — shaped by every spirit who participates, steered by deep listening.
What is The Acorn Circle?
The Acorn Circle runs 8 consecutive weeks each season and focuses on developing internal and external resiliency with children and their adults. Each week, we will have a facilitator (WayShower) and a “lesson” that is loosely held. Play and a positive time in connection to nature and each other is the primary hope for our circle. As much as we hold a soft frame for our time together, we prioritize emergent learning and process over outcome.
The Acorn Circle is a membership based program. Membership also opens the door for connection and support in the other avenues of our ecosystem- The Virtual Island & How To Be Human Coursework. The Acorn Circle is woven around themes drawn from the season and the land. Through experiential learning and exploration, we build resiliency, find joy in presence, and belonging in our connection alongside one another.

THE LIVING CIRCLE
Wisdom flows in every direction
Five roles. One living circle. Children explore and discover. Youth step into mentorship. Elders share practical wisdom. Every generation gives and receives something they couldn't find alone.
