Somatic Integration

This somatic integration group opens and closes with grounding practices that help us arrive in and depart from shared space with presence. In between, we make room to process and share the week's notes and movements in the inner landscape. Although not solely for people attending Embodied Hermetics and The H(E(A)R)T)H, this is a place to weave those topics, learnings, and edges of practice into discussion and reflection. Community members reflect on what integration looks like in their daily lives, and together we explore topics that support the embodiment of the concepts we've been working with. It's a place to let the week settle into the body, to be witnessed, and to discover how what we're learning takes root and lives through us.
